PROJECT VALIDATION/VERIFICATION PROCESS
1. pre-engagement including the contract review, agreement on scope/criteria/materiality/level of assurance.
2. adoption or revision of validation/verification protocol with regard to the specific aspect of the project activity.
3. Development of verification plan (and evidence gathering plan / activities) including the straegic risk analysis-review and assessment of the project design (Plan) or monitoring and other relevant document to determine the project plan or performance.
4. Review of the project design (Plan) / monitoring report to assess if the reporting of project plan (For) or actual GHG emission reduction parameters have been done as per UNFCCC/Other protocol.
5. Preparration of a questionnaire for a first interview phases performed containing significiant issuses (CARS & CLS) to be calrified first before organizing the site assessment.
6. Site verification assessment and interview with concerned personnel of the project proponent.
7. Submission of draft Valiodation/Verification report containing all assessment obsercvations and findings & resolution of findings.
8. Development and issuance of final Validation/Verification report/statement after QA/QC.
